AN extra-ordinary meeting of Whitby Town Council has been re-scheduled after being snowed off.

A meeting to discuss the approval of the 2013/2014 budget and precept had been planned to take place on Tuesday evening but due to bad weather it was postponed.

It will now be held on Tuesday at 6.30pm at Pannett Park art gallery.

The proposed precept has been set at £227, 500 which is £45.18 per year for a band D property and is the same as last year.
