Visitors impact on hospital services

I COULD not attend the meeting at the Coliseum with the CEO Mr Procter.

I read the article in the Whitby Gazette, 3 February.

I did not see any mention of the vast influx of visitors that come to Whitby and Scarborough and how this must impact on our hospital services. Are these extra people accounted for in the finances we receive from government?

Does the PCT from which the visitors come from have to account for some of the health care costs they receive here on the east coast?
