How do business people exist?

The more I see or rather don’t see in this town makes me wonder how all the business people exist.

Shops closed, toilets closed, the lift not running and most of the attractions not open.

I would suggest it is time we shut the whole place down and all of us go back to the 19th Century.

The only thing there seems to be plenty of around are doggie bags which some kind dog loving person deposits all around the area where I live.
