I would like to express my very grateful thanks to the people who helped me when I slipped and fell outside Lloyds Bank in Whitby on 28 January.

They phoned for an ambulance and stayed with me in terrible weather conditions until the paramedics arrived.

They must have been soaked and frozen but true angels as they obviously are, they put my safety and comfort first.

I am now well on the road to recovery, thanks to you.

Thank you is so inadequate, but suitable words fail me, so thank you very much.
