SCARBOROUGH Blind and Partially Sighted Society is encouraging more visitors to come through from the Whitby area.

Every Tuesday, except the last one of the month, the charity runs a bus from Whitby to Scarborough and back so people can benefit from the Dean Road centre’s services.

People can use the computer suite, the gym, or can just sit and have a cuppa and a chat.

Visitors stay for lunch then are taken home in the afternoon.

The service is free and people can make a donation if desired.
