The landslip at cliffs on the Khyber Pass

POLICE were called out to a landslide last Friday night which left paths impassable.

A member of the public rang police at 10.30pm to report mud and rocks falling from cliffs above the Khyber Pass.

Officers attended the scene and cordoned it off for safety reasons but the road was passable with care before handing the case over to Scarborough Borough Council (SBC).
