A 16-YEAR-OLD Whitby youth has been charged with the rape of a 17-year-old girl.


The attack is alleged to have happened at Beached Music Festival in Scarborough on Saturday 16 August this year.

He is set to appear at Scarborough Magistrates' Court on Tuesday 16 December.
