Man admits affray charge

A WHITBY man has been given a 12-week prison sentence, suspended for a year after pleading guilty to affray.
Stuart Andrew Wilson (23) of Upgang Lane admitted the offence at Scarborough Magistrates’ Court.

He was also ordered to pay £360 to the victim, £250 costs and will have to complete 150 hours unpaid work.

The charges related to an incident on 15 March in Whitby.
