POLICE are hunting thieves who targeted three homes on a crime spree in High Street, Hinderwell.
Between 10pm on Tuesday and 4am on Wednesday, an Advent laptop valued at £420 was taken along with a packet of cigarettes and a lighter.

Police believe thieves used something to slide the property's Yale lock.

Thieves walked into a second property through the front door and made off with a Hewlett Packard laptop worth £300.

And they took a purse containing £95 cash and bank cards at another property.

Police remind people to lock their homes even when they are in and keep doors secure by fitting a lock, chain or a bolt.
