TWO WHITBY youngsters were caught red handed by police as they spray painted a bus stop.
A 12-year-old girl and 13-year-old boy were arrested for causing criminal damage to the bus stop in Church Street.

Police say they do not know the value of the damage caused by the spray painting at 1.50pm on Sunday afternoon.

PC Chris Bone said: "This is a reminder to all parents to know where there children are and what they are doing.

"They have both been reprimanded and been given a formal caution."

The incident happened on 7 February.
