ROBIN Hood's Bay's Forge Gallery has re-opened after it closed down at the end of last month.
The gallery has been taken over by Liz Norwell from artist Dave Jeffrey who had run the gallery since 1998. It re-opened on Saturday 3 May using the original name of The Old Forge.

The gallery is still selling some of Dave Jeffery's paintings, as well as some produced by other local artists, plus an assortment of items including pottery and ornaments.

Eventually, it is the businesses intention to sell products which have been made entirely in Robin Hood’s Bay, such as wooden toys and games and fancy boxes etc.

Elizabeth’s husband, Danny, will be making the majority of these, once he has completed his backlog of joinery work.
