E-bay fraud charge

A 24-YEAR-OLD man has been charged with fraud relating to the internet shopping site eBay.
Gregory Voinus, of Stoke-on-Trent, entered no pleas to the five allegations of fraud by false representation.

He is accused of advertising, from Whitby, a laptop for sale on eBay to make gains of £535, £565, £470, £412 and £400 for himself.

The case was adjourned by Scarborough magistrates until May 22.
