Dog owners face fine for foul play

UGTHORPE and Hutton Mulgrave Parish Council has been forced to display dog fouling notices, stating that a maximum fine of £1,000 will be imposed on pet owners who do not clean up after their dogs.
Anyone seen allowing their dog to foul in a public place is asked to call Scarborough Council’s Environmental Health Department on (01723) 232506.
