WHITBY Police are appealing for help in tracing the owner of a car wanted in connection with an incident on Wednesday morning.
A Peugeot 106 was parked in Langborne Road at 2am when another car pulled up.

Three males got out and allegedly started kicking the Peugeot, damaging the doors of the car before the three males made off in the car they arrived in.

No description of the attackers was given but their vehicle was described as silver, with a partial number plate of S777.

Anyone who has information relating to the incident is asked to call (0845) 6060247.
