I am writing to say I think, in this town, we are short of proper crossings where people are allowed to cross the road safely.
In my opinion Chubb Hill could do with one for a start off where all ages cross the race track to go to the Whitby Health Centre – it’s a real death trap.

Then of course there is the bottom of Brunswick Street, then lastly across from the train station to the bus station in Windsor Terrace.

So come on council, the place was made for people not for cars.
