To anyone with a care for Whitby.
Please may I urge you to pop into the Skinner Street offices of Scarborough Borough Council and look at the plans on the planning application for alterations to Cook’s Corner at 4 Mulgrave Crescent which is next to the hospice bungalow.
It will be too late to complain once the plans are passed as in the case of Union Mill.
If you like the plans, so be it.
If you do not, now is the time to act!
