ROOF lights and dormer windows are on the agenda for council planners.

Planning applications which have been submitted to Scarborough Borough Council (SBC) include the installation of white uPVC window at Seacrest Guest House, 10 Crescent Avenue, Whitby; installation of two dormer windows to front slope, erection of new boundary wall to rear and extension/increase in height to existing rear projection to provide new single, two and two and a half storey accommodation at 19 Well Close Square; installation of roof light into rear roof of number 3 to match existing roof light in number 4 at 3 and 4 Blackburn’s Yard, Church Street, Whitby.
