Not fair on the rest of us taxpayers

I was tempted to write in after your first article regarding Tara Anscombe and the problems with damp in her free home (not free to taxpayers though).

But now I see another young lady has complained about damp.

I would like to ask if either of these ladies work, have ever worked and how much they pay in rent from their own pockets?

Why have they had children when they are not able to support them financially?

Do they not realise how lucky they are to live in a country where they are supplied with accommodation?

Have they never thought of actually doing anything for themselves?

I am not alone in this opinion, I have discussed this with others who have the same sentiments.

What about people who work and pay mortgages on their own homes?

We can’t afford to do everything we need to our houses.

I am sure there are many people who have work that needs doing on their properties but they have to save up for it.

I need a new boiler, can I ask someone to pay for that for me?

People complain about immigrants but the majority of them work hard for their money – it is British people who are lazy and expect everything just because they have had a baby.

Sort the problems out for yourselves.
