A SERIES of events are being held at Whitby Library over the coming weeks.

A bi-annual booksale takes place from Monday 29 October to Friday 2 November. Books on offer will include fiction, craft, cookery, biographies, music, picture books and travel guides. Prices start from 30 pence.

On Tuesday 30 October a scary stories and Hallowe’en colouring drop-in is taking place between 2.15-2.45pm. This event is suitable for ages 0-5years.

Then a Hallowe’en craft session is taking place on Thursday 1 November between 2.15-3.30pm. Tickets are free but are limited and are going fast. This event is suitable for ages 4-11years. To reserve your place visit the library or call 0845 03006687.
