Gully work not that impressive

I'm writing about the bank and the gully on the Sandsend road.

At the moment even gorse bushes, complete with roots, are coming down.

Two cones have been put in the road where mud has come down.

No man with a shovel, who could have dealt with it easily.

If the job had been done properly the first time they wouldn’t need to do it again (and again and again) – very costly.

The gully further along is supposed to return excess water to the sea.

The drain was blocked with mud within weeks.

Several bollards have been erected to prevent cars going down the ditch which is now full of mud.

More unnecessary cash.

If it had been done properly in the first place it wouldn’t have happened.

How much did the bollards cost?
