Dog owners are wasting taxpayers' money

Why is the council introducing a dog warden patrol at great expense?

The reason is because of irresponsible dog owners who have no respect for the countryside or other people’s property.

May I suggest to Scarborough Borough Council that every dog owner in the district pay at least 25 per annum or bring back the dog licence to pay for the running costs of this service, such as wages and van maintenance.
